Why you're failing, more specifically.
Most students who fail A&P don't fail for one reason. They fail for a specific combination of reasons, and the recovery path depends on which reasons dominate. This diagnostic looks at four dimensions of academic failure and produces a profile specific to you.
What this diagnostic does
24 questions across 4 dimensions: how you spend time, how you study, what content you understand, and what's happening emotionally. Takes about 8 to 10 minutes. At the end, you'll get a profile showing your primary and secondary failure patterns, specific sub-patterns within them, and the first actions most likely to matter.
How to answer
Be truthful, not aspirational. Rate how true each statement is right now, in your current A&P experience, not how you wish it was or how you plan to change. The profile is only useful if the input is honest.
This is where the work lives.
The profile below reflects your current failure patterns. It will shift as you address the dominant patterns. Most students find that fixing the top one or two reveals a different pattern underneath, and that's expected.
Failure mode breakdown
Each dimension shows what percent of the maximum possible score you reported on statements in that category. Higher means more of a factor. The primary pattern has the highest score; the secondary pattern is the next. Patterns with low scores are not currently contributing much to your situation.

Next step
This profile is diagnostic. The recovery is structural. STAT Success Cohort runs an 8-week program built around addressing exactly these patterns through a weekly cycle of status audits, team case discussions, and personal action plans.
