Take 10 to 15 minutes right after your live session while the case discussion is still fresh. Short, specific, realistic. Your commitments this week become next week's Evaluate section. What you promise here is what we check.

Three specific, time-bound actions you commit to this week. Not "study more" or "do better." Concrete behaviors you will either do or not do, with a way to know whether they happened.

Specific behavior, not outcome. Time-bound. Achievable this week. Example: "Spend 30 minutes every Tuesday and Thursday after class doing retrieval practice on this week's concepts." Not "study harder." Not "understand endocrine."

The smallest specific thing you will do in the next 24 hours. Not the most important thing. The smallest thing you will actually do. 30 minutes or less. This is what breaks the gap between writing a plan and living it.

Two questions that change how seriously you take your own plan. Answer them honestly even if the answers are uncomfortable.

If you don't follow through on this plan this week, what's likely to happen?

Look at your study habits. What are you most tempted to keep doing that is probably not working?

This is often the most important field in the whole plan.

Your decision plan is saved. Next week's Current State audit will open with these commitments and ask whether you executed. That's the loop. Show up there with honest answers, regardless of how the week goes.
