How pre-work works
Each evening, open that day's topic pages below. Every topic page walks you through the same routine: watch the Foundations video and take notes, write handwritten definitions, build a concept map, sketch the key structures, answer the study questions, complete the explain-back check, then do your spaced recall cards.
This is more than a checklist. Ticking boxes is the start, not the finish. Committing this material to memory and being able to apply it takes considerable time and repeated effort. Put in the real hours, and keep coming back for frequent recall and review.
